I bought an one plus bluetooth earphone from martshopee site, but it’s a completely different product that’s I had ordered. Now I want to replace the original product in place of delivered product. I had mailed more times at martshopee help us mail id, whereas, there is no reply has been sent by them. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.
