Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr.Dhaval Shah, From the stated address Shop No.25/26, Goldfilled Plaza, Sion-Bandra Link Road, Dharavi, Mumbai- 400017, Had ordered Product named DeepRelaxMassager from the above mentioned company named “Super Deals”. The Order number for the same product was RelaxMassager1903 & Blue Dart Tracking Number is 80392463734. I have received the product in damaged condition wherein the company’s policy stated a 10 Day Return Policy. I had ordered the product on 2nd January 2024 with Invoice No.Retail277347 & have been constantly struggling to get a refund from the company’s website. The company had a return option on their website, I filled up all the details to initiate for a return & get a refund but it only stated that the customer care will call within a while. It has been 6 days, no call has been received leading to successful online fraudlent activity over me. The amount for the fraudlent activity is Rs.1,699/-. When searched for GST Number it states someone else’s GST Number named “COMPLACENCIAA” with the owner Named Mohit Gandhi. I request to thereby look into the matter as soon as possible from the team & help me to get a refund with the same.
