I lost access to my work email so I thought they may help. Asked question like date you started account , last time played. Like someone keeps track of this stuff. Must account ask for new email and send verification process to confirm. There customer service is bad.

How to file a complaint against Supercell ID?

* Go to page
* Write Supercell ID in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Supercell ID.

  1. Supercell literally does not care about the consumer they will ban your account for no reason. I was trying to retrieve an old account I had on my old phone even after I gave them all the prof that I was the actual owner they when ahead and block my main account for suppose phising I’ve been sending emails and tried contacting thru the app and all I get in response is a stupid bot that doesn’t help I want an actual human to answer my questions. Very convenient that they don’t have a phone number to be able to contact them , they make millions of dollars of the consumers like me buying there stupid gems .
