I think this is a fake website and a fake company. Looks like they ship out non-working junk. I received the power bank dead-on-arrival. When I sent an email, I got a response stating that it will be picked up within a few days. It’s been a month and no call nor anyone picked up the return merchandise.
Tried calling the number from the invoice and no one picks up.
