I always requesting Mr. Supertech to provide any official documents as a huge amount has been pick pocketed from my icici account. Now I am feeling cheated by Mr. Supertech so requesting you to please provide the legal confirmation documents on priority otherwise I need to cancel this booking as this booking is creating mental pressure on me and my family.

I would like to know the process in details (All the process after 10 % cleared by customer) with every steps, and is there any protocol in your organization or every thing is running as it is.

NOTE: Many times I have visited to your Gurgaon branch (SEC 68) for the documents but they just deny to provide any supporting documents, you can understand my pain as its too hot in NCR still I am running to your local office for followup and to get the documents (this is impacting my health), regular Call & SMS are done to Mr. Divyesh Malik on Mob No. 8376909079 & Mr. Lalit Gautam Mob No. 9650315209 from my Mob No. 8860002623 I think the are helpless under process but they approached to support.
