Could you please help me out how to move to consumer court and does consumer court plays fair role in making decision and judgement ?
My case history:
I had booked somewhat in 2010 (May) on Downpayment plan, they didn’t issue the allotment letter within a month even after several reminders and finally issued after 3-4 months in the month of September and in October I paid all the dues at one go.
and now in my Possession letter, adding more that 2.5 Lakhs of delay in payment charges (for those delay in payment for 3-4 months), even though with in the time limit I had paid all the dues to Supertech.
My question is: Why it was not mentioned in the Allotment letter or given any demand letter to me onmail or sent it to my address, also illegally WATER connection charges (30K), Labor welfare charges (20K) and many other illegal charges are also included in the possession letter offered to me.
I am moving to the court, counsumer court and will teach them a lesson
for delay in project for more than 3 years and mental harassment, rent and EMI paid by me since 2010 etc.
I need your help here.
Hi, I am also one of the buyer of the supertech ecociti flat and have been suffering a lot since 2010 by paying EMI as well Rent. I have sent no. of emails to their CRM dept. about the possession status but no response. I am not sure how to deal with them. any one please help
It seems Supertech is resorting to such EXTORTION for all its projects. Same thing is happening with me in Eco Village 2 project and in addition they have increased the area without any information and are asking for its payment within 30 days otherwise 24% p.a. interest. We can collectively file a case.
