Dear sir,

I had applied for my loan transfer from my existing bank to other bank to get benefit of lower interest rate, for which bank has requested to provide builder’s ledger or account statement related to me for final processing. I had mailed them 4-5 times also called on their tall free an other numbers but no one is responding to emails or calls. When they want money they used to call 4-5 times a day and now when i need this important document they are not even bothered to reply.

I have incurred bank charges post foreclouser of my loan from existing bank and it increasing day by day.
Kindly help in getting relevant information from supertech ltd as soon as possible.
