I have booked a floor N/462 B at officers enclave hilltown sohna in august 2017 and had signed three sets of agreement papers(builder buyer agreement) one each for builder, bankers and buyer in sept but despite of frequent requests i have not received my copy of BBA. No one is giving satisfactory reply. Is this a way to harass the innocent buyers by the reputed builder?
Request resolve the matter before it is highlighted to legal authorities.
