I have purchased the Studio apartment in Supertech’s upcountry project (yamuna expressway) for which I have paid the booking amount (2, 30, 000/-) a month before. I was committed to be provided with allotment letter & few discounts on booking the flat around festive season. I have now been following up for over a month with Supertech’s team but have not received even the allotment letter so far.
Supertech is portraying itself as a highly irresponsible & fraud builder wherein once the amount is taken from the customer the case is thrown from one official to other with no solution at all being provided.
Height of foolishness is though they have not even handed over the allotment letter to me they are again raising the demand of another amount with no builder buyer agreement.

I am no more interested in this deal as it the company is absolute fraud & want complete refund of the paid amount (without any deductions as it is not my fault). Moreover I want the interest amount to be paid tome for the hard earned money which supertech has collected from me & kept in its account for over a month now.

Looking forward for assistance in this matter
