i have ordered a levi’s jeans from surpluss.in, against cash on delievery, the order has been delivered successfully but the product was not original so i contact to customer care of Surpluss, they suggested me to hand over the product to Blue Dart courier for refund. MY order id was 168722724 which has been ordered on 21st dec-2015. And the product has been delivered to Surpluss as the customer care has given the address, whose docket no. is 14681584186. Till Date I have not recieved the cheque or cash. whenever i call to customer care of Surpluss the always extend the date for refund
