i have ordered one scooty ( suzuki new access 125 se pearl mirage white) online through paytm mobile app worth Rs 20,000. and this is a full payment amount for that product but when i aproach to the seller then he refuse to deliver the product and said that its a booking amount but in my order summary, there is nothing written that its a booking amount. and when i order that product its price is only Rs 20,000. my order number is 2998000526 and my paytm cash transaction number is 8413511418 , DC transaction number is 026015. i want that scooty as soon as possible because i have paid the full amount .. kindly solve this issue as early as possible.
