Hi, SVR tours and travels is a private bus operator in hyderabad operating several bus services to different destinations.Yesterday(13-11-2013) I purchased online ticket in abhibus.com for travelling from hyderabad to rajahmundry. i have reached the pickup point in right time but the pickup van arrived lately. in the meantime main bus left the place leaving me in lurch(cold day). I have suffered a lot (9.15pm to 11.15p.m) in the breezy weather in that remote place in miyapur, hyderabad. the bus driver is least bothered to check whether the passengers are boarded or not.(who are having valid bus journey tickets).their staff was so arrogant and ill treated me over by phone. I have contacted the abhibus.com but they didn’t resolve the issue.i have suffered a lot for not reaching destination in time. even I didn’t got my money back.so please don’t choose SVR TOURS AND TRAVELS for your journey needs when you want to travel with your families. kvsr subrahmanyam hyderabad.
