On the 23rd of September 2023, my husband Savio Lawrence had placed an online order for some food items. Order number OJZ4K and payment were both completed, but the product has not yet been delivered.
We made an effort to contact them via the provided contact number and email, but they have not responded.
Please look into the situation and issue the refund as soon as possible.
