Dear Sir,

Sweet Khana is a fradulent website. They take money from the customers via online method and promise them food articles.

Once the payment is made to them they do not provide any kind of assistance with regards to delivery of the product.

The product is shipped 7 to 8 working days after the payment has been made.

The product is received in very bad condition and not fit for human consumption.

They use Fedex Courier for deliveries and the address on the parcel is never fully given.

I had a very bad experience with them.

I made a purchase with them for Rs. 2500/- and it was shipped in two parcels from Fedex Courier.

The parcel numbers were 780762358800 and 780762407087

Both parcels were shipped after 10 days of making payment.

Both parcels did not have the full address. As a result I had to spend my time and money to have the parcels picked up from Fedex Courier office in Somatne Phata, Pune. This place is nearly 35 kilometers away from my residence.

The contact person in Sweet Khana is Ms. Manasi Jain. Her mobile number is +91 99289 20020.

She is a rude woman who keeps lying all the time to customers.

When you ask her when the parcel will be sent, she does not give the correct date. All parcels are shipped 7 to 8 days after the money is paid to them.

As a result, the content of the parcels which are food articles are spoilt and become stale in transit for so many days.

She also says that the courier company does not put the full address on the parcels. This again is a blatant lie !

Sir : I would request to you please take action on this portal. Since they are doing business online, nobody is being held accountable.
They have many complaints against them on the internet. You may please look-up these complaints on the net as testimony of what I am saying.
