I am filing this complaint regarding a serious food safety violation involving an order placed through Swiggy (Order ID: 215523358635871). Upon receiving the food, I discovered broken glass particles inside the packaging, posing a direct threat to health and safety.
I immediately contacted Swiggy support, but their responses were generic and dismissive, offering no meaningful resolution or investigation into the matter. Despite the severity of the issue, no corrective action was taken, nor was the vendor held accountable.
Due to the lack of response and concern from Swiggy, I have escalated the issue to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and lodged an official complaint (Complaint ID: 559967333).
This incident reflects gross negligence in food handling and quality control, and I request that appropriate legal and regulatory action be taken against the responsible Food Business Operator (FBO) and Swiggy for endangering consumer safety.
