SWIGGY – Refund not received

I had ordered food from Momo I Am via Swiggy on 28.05.21. After the payment was completed, swiggy sent me a message that my order was incomplete and they will refund if any amount has been deducted from my account. The refund process was initiated within an hour. But my swiggy account is showing no active refund and even after several e-mails Swiggy has not refunded my money till date. My order number was 105280171511.

* Write SWIGGY in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from SWIGGY.
