SWIPE TELECOM

I had purchased SWIPE AIO 6 months back which is still under Warranty,
some time back it’s Battery exploded & damaged the whole device.

Now Ms Priyanka wants us to pay for damage caused by SWIPE’s defective components.
Is this really justifed ? There has been no response to our calls to Ms Priyanka.

  1. I have purchased swipe halo value tab on 24-03-2014 and its display and touch was accidentally broken by me. I have given this tablet for repairing at M.S. mobile communication on014.Now, it is more than 6 months, my tablet is still not repaired. The tablet is pending for display and touch panel which is not available in service center. i have purchased this tablet because, i thought swipe telecom is big brand name but after suffering from this problem now i thought it is very cheap and cheated company. I am worried when i will get back my tablet. The service of the customer care is poor. Still i am waiting for their reply. Please give me my tablet. when i call to the service center they just give me excuses.
