I had registered a claim for my Iphone 6s 64GB in September 2016,CIN No-1609220008 & my phone was picked up on 19 December 2016.Since,then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when I’m going to get my device back.It has been more than three months I have not received my Handset.while contacting the customer care they are unable to provide estimated time for delivery of Handset as well as the insurance Claim.
