Purchased a New Sony Galaxy Z flip phone 4 which cost about a 1,000 ,had it about a week camera does not work properly pictures are blurry out of focus I tried everything
and pictures continue to be blurry, I called T moblie to resolve this they told me phone is good it’s Operator error by the telling me this made me verry angry I asked for a refund they said they could not do this I asked to return the phone but they said it would cost me a 100.00 for restock fee I don’t think is fair after spending a 1000 and would not give my money back or my old phone, I asked if there was any thing they can do they said to go to another store and they teach me how to use the phone, T moblie was no help but when it came time to buy the phone they were so nice know when I need help they push me off to somebody else not even trying to help solve the problem
