Dear TAC Deal Team,

This is to inform you that I had ordered 20000 mAh MI Power bank which is white in colour from your site on 29th Dec’16 and you guys have provided a free memory card of 128gb with this power bank. On 31st Dec’16 a courier guy delivered me this product around 5.30 pm. When I had checked this product which you guys has sent to me, I found that the memory card was damage. I really didn’t expect this from TAC Deal Team that your are gonna sent to your client a damage memory card of Samsung which is really unacceptable.

Please find the attachment where you will find all the required details regarding the product and the shipping address.

So it’s a request to TAC Deal Team kindly replace this damage memory card of Samsung which you guys have sent to me with your product.
