got duplicate or fake fake product i.e.20000 mAh MI Powerbank and 128gb fake memorycard white color from www.tacdeal.com.
I placed order as Cash on delivery, just after processing this order ( Order #200556874) , i wrote them mail asking if the product is original then only process the order or else cancel it. But they cheated me.
After this i tried them calling on their number and writing them mail for the return and refund, but nothing happening.

I request to escalate my refund process.
