Dear Sir/Madam

I bought a product from tacdeal.com shopping site and it was delivered to me yesterday and it was my first experience from there site but I was really disappointed to the that a product I received was a faulty one.
The product I.d is 20559165 ,it’s a power bank.

If you guys really do care for your coustmers then please make a most of it.
