I bought a Mi 20000 mAh power bank with Samsung 128gb memory card from tacdeal on 28 December. I got the product on 30 December. When I open it, the power bank was already broken from one side, and by looking at the memory card, I can say that it’s fake, not a original one. It’s not working. The tacdeal company is doing fraud. I called the delivery tracking number and they refused to give any information about return.
