I took the connection exactly one month back and it’s been 6 times I have raised complaints about red light issues when fibre breaks. This is seriously affecting work in day to day personal and professional life as well.
Waiting time on customer call is too much and it gets cancelled sometimes itself when your turn comes to connect and complaints gets close without doing confirmation from the user end.
