Book My Train (Anduril Technologies Pvt Ltd)

I had paid two tickets through anduril technologies to PayUMoney by which I had booked two train tickets on 9th may 2016. But I had to cancel it and Payumoney refunded the money on 11th may. But even after 6 working days I hv not received money in my bank account.

I have booked my ticket through your site www.bookmytrain.com (Anduril technologies pvt ltd). Money has been deducted from my credit card (Rs 8272.76) payment id-95043863 Merchant order id -364206. It has been more than one hour and i have not recieved my eticket from your side till now.
