Jaypee Buddh Circuit II – Greater Noida

I have paid close to 50% of the cost of Two studio apartments. Now I understand they the Studio Apartments are not being constructed by the Builder. it is now over 2 months since I submitted the papers for refunds, but there is no response from the Builder.
