pradeep – not working pendrive and irresponsible staff

I purchased 8th class study pendrive cost Rs.2800/- but not working. My repeated complaint their execustive Mrs. Krishnendu unnikrishnan told withing 3 days new pendrive couriered by you. now 15 days from the date of purchase. No refund or new pendrive get. irresponsbile management and staff. Don’t buy products from their company. FRAUD STAFF
