sir videocon D2h company issue me damage/duplicat setup box issue last feb 2015 with 01 Year warranty, Now company do not repair/replace my setupbox.pl help me i cant understand what will i do.last 20 Days have passed.my d2h no 85523948,

I have recharge my Videocon d2h on 20/012016 by my visa atm card but recharge unsuccessful ful then company ruturn msg my balance refund within 6 hour but after this time my refund not deposited in my a/c so plz refund me emmedtly and my complaint not h prosess then I will go consumer court.
