Dear Team,
I wish to bring to your kind attention that I have been defrauded by a company previously operating as Taj India Resort in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, now rebranded as Royal Grand Vacation.
I was invited with my family for a meeting, which resulted in wasting over an hour of my time. They provided me with a holiday redemption voucher, valid for one year upon payment of GST amount. However, after a year of back-and-forth communication over email, they deliberately let the voucher lapse and denied me the promised service. I have all the necessary evidence to substantiate this in writing.
There are numerous similar complaints against this firm circulating on social media and in consumer courts, yet no action seems to have been taken. I urge you to take strict action against this fraudulent company to protect others from falling victim to such deceitful practices in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and requesting to seize old and new name circulating with different kind of fraud.
