I order manchester city tshirt rupees 899 but they don’t send order and also not refund my money back they are scammer.
I am writing to file an official complaint against Talkfootball Enterprise (operating through the website www.topfootball.in).
On May 25, 2025, I placed an online order for a Manchester City T-shirt from their website and made a payment of ₹899.00. The transaction was successfully processed as shown in the attached screenshot. Below are the transaction details:

I attempted to contact the seller via their provided WhatsApp number and email multiple times, but received no response. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and there is no way to track the order or request a refund.
This experience suggests that Talkfootball Enterprise is conducting fraudulent activities by taking money from customers without fulfilling orders. I kindly request the relevant authorities to:
