I ordered a product from www.tanotis.com on 24th November 2017. The website has mentioned that the product will be delivered between 4th December to 12th December. But I have not got the product till date that is 29th December 2017, The tracking details provided by the website is moving the shipment only in between kolkota and guwahati from last 20 days, Website (www.Tanotis.com) customer care number is never answered by them, i request you to please take some serious action against the company and help me get back my refund. thank you. Prompt action required.
I have order on 7th June and not yet delivered.. Customer care staff not even answering on call.. Plz do some action
