I have applied Insurance policies (total 04 policies, 02 for wife and 01 each for my both two sons) from TATA AIA Life Insurance Company through Policy Bazar.com on line in Dec 2012. I had paid 1st (Initial) instalment, but due to some my personal reason, I have decided to cancel the policies and did not pay further instalment. When I approached insurance company to return my initial paid payment, I was informed that your policies has been forfeited and company will not return any money. The money will go to company’s account.
I want to know to how to get my initial instalments paid?
