The 02 items (footwears) were booked on 13 July 2017 under booking reference 1008589 & 100860097. These items were cancelled by the company on 18 July 2017. When I contacted the customer care, it was told that the said orders have been cancelled due to technical issues on the website which caused pricing error.
The question is, why the technical issue was detected so late. Further it was told by the customer care executive that the seller is not in a position to supply the same product due to its non availability. However the same products are available on the website of this company with higher prices.
This shows that the intention of the company is not good towards its customers.
The company should do proper home work before launching any offer/product, and should refrain from giving such misguiding offerd
