I ordered for an sandal on Jan 18th 2017 and provided my office address one of the major land mark in bangalore. Product was supposed to be delivered by 23rd, when I track the order it says on 21st (sat) office/institute closed. Don’t know if they r talking about courier office or my office Obviously its a weekend IT companies will be closed but every other online courier people give me a call at my cell for delivery. But these guys never called me. Again on 23rd (Mon) it says product out for delivery but I never got any call from courier people and status updated on my order was consignee unavailable at destination and will be reattempted again, also i get an call frm tata call center apologising that the produc delivery is late and could not be done today so she will ensure it reaches me next day, but look at what happens next day, on 24th never got any call from anyone but it was updated as order canceled from my end and I get a call from tata cliq call center to confirm if I have canceled the order when it was tried to deliver to me, I did confirm that I never received a call from any of ur courier guys and how cheap they are to say that I have canceled the order, again as usual the lady apologizes and confirmed the delivery of the product on same day, but nothing happened . on 25 th I gave call to tata cliq to check what’s happening on my order, I again receive apologies and assurance that the product will be reattempted the lady assured me this as if I am going to get the product in next minute. But on same day 25 the I see an update that no client instructions to reattempt. This is when I left all the hopes from so called tatas lost all the respect I had for tatas. Not sure if this is going to happen but the purpose of this complain is to ensure this msg reaches higher management of tata cliq or even tatas who are not following business ethics the way we Indians think about them
