I purchased an item from TataCliq portal, which had a cashback offer (of Rs. 1560) for exchange of old mobile. After pickup, the old item was not picked up. After many a complain and follow up over phone and social media, now the item has been picked up. Its been 4 days even after that and still the cashback not completed. The following are my details:
