Tata Docomo – Took all recharge amount

This is to inform you that this morning I have recharged for 90rs and 89rs has been deducted for data usage. But I didn’t use any data. Again I have recharged for 90 rs in the evening and again 54rs has been deducted. I didn’t have any data plan and I haven’t activated any data plan. When I called the customer care regarding this issue, none of them responded properly and they haven’t given the complaint ID.Kindly take action against this issue and refund my amount ASAP..
