My Father was in extreme pain and we came to Casualty but the staff was very very rude and didn’t pay attention to the patient’s condition, we came at 1am and the staff inside asked me is this any time to visit a hospital, I told her that my Father is in pain and it just got worse and we had to come to hospital, still From 1am till 7am no doctor came, He has sugar , he has not slept the entire night coz of pain and still these casualty staff is heartless & rude to the core, these are demons in the face of nurses, staff & to a certain extent , the doctors too.
