Received faulty product of Sony power bank of 32000mah on 8/10/18.As per suggestions of TDEPL/ clus deal customer care, d recd. product was immediately sent back to TDEPL by regd post for replacement which was recd by company on 15/10/18. It was neither replaced nor attending calls from my cell no 7587598247. Please help me
I have received Sony power bank 32000 mAh witch not working any more nd when i am call back customer support they told me to replays my order in 2 week why and they said that when i can sand this product to them then they refund amount in 2 week why i am paying courier charges i am going to be a Sony service center nd ragister the police case all this fake nd bullshit typ of service ….
