i am Sandip Das. i was a student of Techno India university, salt lake, of 6 years integrated b.tech in mechanical engineering i.e 3 years diploma + 3 years b.tech of academic session 2013-14, when i had taken admission they told me that after completion of diploma, if i want to exit from the integrated course, they will provide only diploma certificate, and for that i do not have to pay any extra amount. in second year i.e in august 2014, i have submitted a letter to Techno India university that i want to end my course after completion of diploma, so, after diploma i need diploma certificate, the authority agreed with me, After completion of diploma i.e in June 2016, i asked for diploma provisional certificate to them, they told me that they cannot provide me that, and it is not in their university rules, then i told then i have submitted a letter to the Vice chancellor and to the Dean that i want to exit after completion of diploma and it was the proposal given to me by the admission cell of Techno India university when i have taken admission, and my admission counsellor was Mr. Abir Roychoudhury, then they told me that nobody can tell you this and Mr. Abir Roychoudhury has already resigned from the post, i told them i need it for my further higher studied and job purpose, they told me we cannot provide you the diploma certificate that is for sure, do what you can. Now i need the solution and diploma certificate, as i have paid for my diploma course, from July 2016, i am talking to them, i and my guardians had meet with Techno India group CEO Mr. Sujoy Biswas. he is also told me that he can do nothing, so, i need my diploma certificate and i need mark sheets where DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING should be written. Besides this, the fees for diploma in mechanical engineering was 40000 i.e forty thousand rupees per semester, as i was a student of 6 years integrated b.tech, i have paid fees of 79000 i.e seventy nine thousand rupees per semester which is the fees for 6 years integrated b.tech course, so, please give me a solution, i have attached my mark sheet where it is clearly mentioned that SANDIP DAS is a integrated b.tech student of mechanical engineering. I need the certificates for my job. please help me, i need diploma certificate and mark sheet, now i also need compensation for the harassment and as they didnt issued my diploma certificates and mark sheets, i could not applied for the job, so , also need compensation for that
