Dear sir/Madam
With reference to the above subject myself Brijesh Yadav s/o Yogendra Yadav emp. code- 1623.I had submitted my resignation letter on date 07 January 2016 and resigned your organization since month of 28 January 2016 from Jawai cluster project Pali Rajasthan ( Jawai 3578) as a post of Engineer( EB) but I have not got my final settlement till date , Due to my settlement I am facing many problems previous two year.
So kindly requested to you that send the response of my email as soon as possible regarding final settlement . If not possible in within one month then I will take a necessary action against your organization with the help of court because I have email several time but not any response from your end. I will not forgive my final settlement in any condition if I have not got my final settlement , I will complain through court . How many time I will be waiting , I am waiting from previous two years . I am contact in HR department he said to me that your final settlement will be made ten days previous several times.
