I ordered a portable hand stitch from teekart on 10th sep but i have not yet received the product and the company has not provided a customer care no. on the site therefore i am unable to track my product also i can’t ask for a refund since no customer care no. has been provided. I have mailed to them but haven’t received a reply. Kindly help me. My order no. is 43930. Please help me get a refund or delivery of the product as soon as possible. I had found a customer care no. of the company on google but the executive asked for my debit card no. in order to verify my card to provide a refund but i did not give him considering none of the online shopping sites do so and it has been not to provide card details to anyone on the phone or text. Therefore, help me.
