First they supplied us with a broken hair straightener and when we called them for a refund, they duped us of 1000 rupees.

    I had ordered a Tobi big travel steamer. My order no. Is DD 23482. The streamer is not working and I want to return it. As I was out of station I have just checked the product. Kindly guide me for the procedure to return.
