I had deposited rs of 500 in their game date 06/02/2025time 09:11 PM money debited from my account but ammount not received in game
the game marchant name was Jmd traders
I had deposited from my Paytm and my bank name is State Bank of India

I tried to contact their customer service but they didn’t gave me any response they was always giving same type message
I had contacted my state bank of india customer service bank’s customer service agent said that they had already done charge back file against them but game customer service didn’t gave any response
