Hello myself Pratham Pradhan one of the TeenPatti Master Game Customer would like to Complain about not got the refund amount of rs 900 till fix date. I did my 3 recharges on 15 Feb and 17 Feb My money is stuck not back yet ..The transaction I made with 3 Different UPI Name , 1) SMU TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED , UTR NO.- 441246033249 . I talk to many of their customers services they are just staying to loot the innocent Customer , they don’t provide concern towards us .Instruct unwanted instead of supporting ..Their are so many customers whose behaviors unexpectedly turn few of them spit slang words one of their servicer said me mother fucker while I ask for refund it hurts more than my loss in TeenPatti Master .. Some instructs to download apps (ALPEMIX &ANYDESK ) provide them my ID And Password …. So many things to say about their service department ..They don’t come to in an action only speak bullshit … Instead of advising they create mess with Customers .. I will request you to sent this request to the team and manager …Thank you Yours Truly.
