I have ordered this slim Shaper which is a pant which is suppose to covers tummy ,waist ,hips n thighs. So I ordered size M (I refered company measurement chart for size) but when I receive my product it was very small in size as it’s not even coming up till my waist.
Also the product finishing is so bad that it seems the stitches will come out after wearing it twice or thrice. And as per their instructions we have to wash it after every use. In this case I don’t think it will be so resistance.
I want to return this product but they r saying it’s not refundable. I called so they give us some other number n ask to call on that number after 6pm.again on that number no one pick up the call.
Please advice now how do I contact them.they just ignore us.
Please help me.. I really don’t want to waste my 2511 RS on such product.
