Myself Ramakrishna and would like general public aware of one fellow.
Dhananjay Ubale is very injurious to health and stay away from him, ill thinking and criminal minded fellow.
I have given him fully furnished house for rent just by trust and does not pay rent and maintenance and giving me restless and painful life. He took situation as advantage as I am not in city and he is using all tactics to escape and abscond. Ended up in public forums to spread false news against me.
He tried all tactics to avoid to pay rent, maintenance etc and left country and looks like taking inspiration from Vijay Malya , Nirav Modi etc and his family leaving India end of month. He has wrong motive and trying to gain some sympathy by blaming me on public forums.
No one supported his actions and behaviour in respected housing society and he is coming in public forums and starting drama. He has unrealistic, unethical demands and Illegally staying in my house.
Such a shameless guy to come on public forums and could have involved his parents, friends, relative for amicable solution Who will solve issue in public forums?
He is trying to gain some sympathy and spreading false news against me.
I think his father : Uttam Prakash Ubale and mother : Prem Latha Ubale stays very nearby and above address.
Let them understand the complete situation and discussion / email between: Dhananjay Ubale and me and see what is their opinion or let them mediate and decide what / who right and wrong.
This Dhananjay Ubale can give this contact number of parents or email id and I can contact them and share email chain.
Anyone reading this email and resident of Bhavyas Anandam or know contact details of parents please share.
I was trying to approach Bhavyas Anandam for number to ask him if this is right behaviour and Dhananjay Ubale is threatening me and sending emails with below message.
“Stop calling to Bhavyas Anandam, that is parents house. I warn you if you make a call next time there…things can turn ugly…consider this as warning”
I was reluctant to come on public forums for silly issues but he is spreading false news so I have to. Proper action should be taken against this : Dhananjay Ubale for misusing public forums and spreading false news.
