I have ordered for a office chair, a study table, a relax chair and a iron tool on 16th january and make the payments by gpay an amount of ₹-2046/- at razorpay pvt.ltd. But yet I get any reply from them. After tracking the order no 1629 it will not open. So please give me a suggestion to take a legal action against this fake company. I have given a reply mail where they have written that my order is on the way. But there is no response on that mail.

Ordered for folding/ camping chair on Jan16,2022. Received the email indicating that the material is on the way. On clicking the “View your order” nothing appears. I guess it is a fraud company.
