I have ordered from the site www.the excuberant .com
My order number is #107615120 had ordered two bags but the bags ore totally in a bad state
Both of them are torn n there is no reply from them
Please guide me the process so as I get my money back
There is no reply from the site
They are only available on whatsapp and always say that we have initiated the return process
