Theexuberant.com is advertising on social networking sites, selling premium luxury products at discounted prices.
They also claim authenticity and say they will give a authenticity guarantee.
I recently purchased a Burberry Shirt on the month May. This was COD.
i got a call from a mobile number, confirming the purchase. When I asked if I can check the bag before paying, the woman replied that I need to pay the courier person and then only can I open. She also went ahead to tell me, that if there was a problem with piece, I can get in touch with customer care.
the courier arrived. The courier GOJAAVA might also be involved. The courier packaging only was so cheap, I should have guessed that what was in it, would be cheaper. and you know it is a rip off. Cheapest imitation that I have seen.
Now no one will answer the phone, the online chat person said someone will call back, but no one did; mail no one responds.
I lost my money; but these people should be brought to task.
If you want to sell imitation, just sell imitation.
