I placed an order on 27th June through the website https:// thefreakykart.com, but I have not received the product yet. Despite following up daily, there has been no response from the team. The order status continues to show “in process.” I have been consistently messaging on WhatsApp, but no one is replying, even though they appear to be online. I am requesting immediate action to either deliver the product or refund the amount paid. Kindly assist in resolving this issue at the earliest.
